Find quick answers, report a bug, suggest a feature or request deletion of submitted feedback.

Use the feedback form in Mist

Open the feedback action in the top-right corner of a Mist new tab. ChooseBug report or Feature suggestion, describe what happened, and submit only when you are ready.

Submissions use a developer-operated Netlify endpoint and create a private GitHub issue. Your shortcuts, theme, search history and weather data are not attached.

Before reporting a problem

Check that Chrome and Mist are up to date.
Reload the new-tab page.
Describe the expected result and what happened instead.
Never include passwords or sensitive personal information.

Delete submitted feedback

Email the developer with enough information to identify your message. Submitted feedback is retained only as long as needed to investigate the report or suggestion.
